What’s in a Block?
Overview
A block in RYSEN is more than just a list of transactions — it is a complete snapshot of the network state, consensus validation, and reward distribution, produced every 3 seconds and finalized within 51 seconds through the Delegated Random Proof of Stake (DRPoS) system.
1. Block Header
- Block Height: Sequential number identifying the block’s position in the chain
- Timestamp: Precise creation time (every 3 seconds)
- Previous Block Hash: Ensures immutability by linking to the prior block
- Merkle Root: Cryptographic hash summarizing and validating all included transactions
- BP/BO Signatures: Proof that Block Producers (BPs) and Block Observers (BOs) have participated in generation and verification
2. Transactions
- Transfers of RYSEN X3O and RSN23-based tokens
- NFT issuance and trading under the RSN602 standard
- DeFi activities (swaps, lending, staking, etc.)
- Results of smart contract executions
3. Consensus Metadata
- The Block Producer (BP) responsible for creation
- The Block Observers (BOs) validating correctness
- Record of random node selection per round
4. State Changes
- Updates to account balances
- DApp activity logs (token issuance, votes, fund allocations)
- Governance decisions (BP/BO elections, inflation triggers)
5. Rewards & Fees
- Aggregated transaction fees (RYSEN coins + DApp tokens)
- Reward distributions to BPs and BOs
- Incentives allocated to Coin Holders (CHs)
- New blocks produced every 3 seconds
- Finality guaranteed within 51 seconds
- Once finalized, transactions are irreversible
Summary
A RYSEN block = Transactions + Consensus Data + State Changes + Rewards + Finality
- Generated every 3 seconds
- Finalized within 51 seconds
- Delivers both trust and incentives to participants
- Integrates ecosystem activity and governance
In short, each RYSEN block is a self-contained proof unit that anchors network reliability and economic distribution in one place.
